highly experienced private chef and patissier.

Thursday 5 April

get into the island groove

After check in, we will begin our retreat with a stroll around Beacon Villa and lunch. The intention of the first day is to energize us and ease us into the island upbeat groove with an outdoor 45' Functional Interval Training and a 30' stretching & mobilty session.

 The evening is free for a town visit!

Friday, 6 April

seize the day and meet the island

Have a yogi Sun Salut before breakfast and do not miss the hiking tour of the unknown Mykonos with Dimitris. Late in the afternoon, take the high intensity interval training session and you will be rewarded. Sessions resume just in time for the traditional Epitaph ceremony.

Saturday 7 April

burn it up on the beach

Seize the day and that infamous afterburn effect with the metabolic booster beach Interval Training with Dimitris. Enjoy bio meals and center in with another session of yoga in the sunset. After “Anastasi”, savour the traditional "Mageiritsa" Soup and tap and crack some red dyed eggs!

Sunday, 8 April

full body and soul conditioning

Have an early Sun Salut and do not miss the second Mykonos hiking tour - there might be some running too (!) before breakfast. 
Your body will thank you for some more of Dimitris's interval functional training - as there are some great Greek Easter meal plans ahead!


 

Monday 9 April

all charged up and ready to fly

Welcome the day with a session of yoga in the view of the rising sun. Indulge into the retreat experience, savour the natural moments and take your time to prepare for checkout and the return to reality, feeling energized, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Training Sessions

All training sessions will take place outdoors  
and will be delivered by Fitness Art instructors.

HIIT

what to expect 

The idea with this intensive session, is that you do short periods of hard work followed by short periods of active rest to make the body work harder than it does during steady-state cardio. Feel the energy tank overflow and your metabolism work over time.

The Beacon Villa

Villa Beacon accomodates 12 guests in 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms

The residence is comprised of a main building and a guesthouse for the ultimate private and exclusive holiday experience.
